Our story began with stillness.

Stablivra Stretch was founded in 2019 in Copenhagen by movement researchers who believed mobility training could be both deeply effective and beautifully calm.

A quiet revolution in mobility

After years studying Scandinavian rehabilitation practices and modern biomechanics, our founders created a system that delivers profound physical results without noise or intensity.

Today, Stablivra Stretch serves more than 18,000 practitioners across 42 countries through in-person sessions, digital programs, and our signature equipment line.

2019 • Copenhagen
Founded by three movement scientists seeking harmony between body and mind.

Our mission

We exist to help focused individuals move with more freedom and less tension. Every protocol, product, and teaching is designed to create lasting calm mobility that supports real life.

RESEARCH
Evidence-based
Every method we teach is grounded in peer-reviewed studies on fascia and neuromuscular control.
DESIGN
Scandinavian minimalism
We eliminate noise so practitioners can connect deeply with their own bodies.
IMPACT
Lasting transformation
Our practitioners report 74% reduction in movement restrictions after 8 weeks.

Our methodology

The 3-Phase Protocol

1. Release — targeted fascial work to dissolve chronic tension.
2. Realign — controlled mobility drills to restore natural range.
3. Reinforce — breath and stability sequences to integrate gains into daily movement.

Daily 22-minute practice

Our signature micro-sessions are designed for busy professionals. Each sequence fits easily into morning routines or evening wind-downs while delivering measurable progress tracked through our companion app.
